The service was simple to set up. Signed up on the website by giving available dates, they called back to confirm time, showed up on time and did an excellent job. Your employees were polite, neatly dressed, very professional. I will definitely call you again. The only problem I had was that the carpet still feels damp after several days. I assume this is due to the wet weather we are having at this time.

Our carpets have been cleaned several times before by other companies but never cleaned as thoroughly and completely as your two employees did. I was ready to buy new carpet. Now my old carpet looks new! They gave me a thirty day warranty which means if any of the stains reappear within that time (as they did with the other companies) they will come back and reclean those areas. It has been a week and still looks great. I have already recommended your company to friends and business colleagues.

Great customer service, carpet much cleaner than I imagined it would be, and no lingering fake smells

Pet stain removal works great. Charles, my carpet cleaning associate was on time, friendly, upfront with pricing, and did an excellent job on my carpets. The scheduling staff did forget to schedule me on my original sat. date but rescheduled me after I made the call for their no show, quoting me a $15.00 reduction in my fee for the inconvience. I felt that more should have been offered for the work I did to prepare for them to come, at least what I would have been charged as a customer no show which it states is a $50.00 fee for last minute cancellations.Overall the carpets are clean and I am satisified with my
technician Charles.

If I have a challenging problem, the service attendants have been patient and persistent to resolve the problem. Never a rush job.

I like the fact that no chemicals were used when cleaning my carpet (one of the reasons I chose Zerorez). The process also does not leave the carpet extremely wet (it was dry in about 4 hours). The technician (Kenny) was on time, very friendly and professional. He explained each step of what was involved in the cleaning. The carpet is now so clean, it's like having new carpet. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and use them again.

Your technician was very, very friendly & courteous. He explained everything before he started & made our 10yr+ old carpet look almost new!!

Having a small child, I am especially pleased that Zerorez does not use harmful chemicals. The carpet dried so quickly with no sticky residue. My technician, Cameron was great! Very prompt, polite and efficient. It was definitely cost-effective. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone!

Technician was timely and knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job on my carpets, and honestly explained areas on my rug that simply could not be cleaned.

don't use chemicals. I would prefer a paper receipt than having to use my computer or at least an option. my printer isn't working.
