The young man that can to service my house was very cordial. His most high priority was to make sure I was 100% satisfied! My only issue the carpet stayed wet longer then I was told and the bottom of my socks showed the dirt that either didn't come up or it was residual dirt from the carpet being wet.

Associates were on time (actually about 15 minutes early), very professional, explained the process, very nice and thorough.
The carpet that we had cleaned was very old. We didn't know quite what to expect. It took approximately 30 minutes to clean, and in the end, it really did look great.

Customer service was excellent and technician was super nice and professional. He worked very hard and spent almost 4 hrs cleaning 5 pieces of upholstery. My only issue is that a few stains on the skirt of one of the sofas cleaned did not come out very well, and still remain.
