Dry time was very quick. Jonathan was very professional and explained his cleaning procedure. I did not plan to have kitchen floor porcelain tile cleaned, however, I was very pleased with the outcome of the cleaning. Some of the grout was badly stained. Excellent service.

The man who serviced our home was wonderful. His name was Timothy Delvo. He was extremely professional, careful with out furniture, walls, corners, etc. and even added on a bathroom tile cleaning. We did pay extra for this but it was well worth it. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Mr. Delvo to my friends and neighbors.

The equipment used appeared to be in very good working condition and more advanced than most carpet cleaner's equipment that I have seen in the past. The technician was very friendly and helpful with removing troublesome areas in the carpet. I would use this service again.
