Your products and services sell themselves. Four kids, two cats and one dog + non-chemical carpet cleaning = healthy (and CLEANER!!) household. Reggie was our technician for the day, and it is so obvious that this man loves what he does for a living. We appreciated the time he took to tell us about how the products work and the time he took making sure our problem areas were problems no more. This was our third time using Zerorez over the last six years or so. The technician, Cameron did a great job with my 10 year old carpets, he made them look great and maybe we can get a few more years out of them. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and most importantly of all, he didn't leave us with sopping wet carpets. I would rate his a 10 in all categories.
