The technician, Jarvis Hughes, was excellent.I emailed his Supervisor, Mr. Eaton and told him all about our experience. There were a few stains he could not get out,sadly, but otherwise we are very pleased.

I liked the fact that the technician took time to explain the process and he did an outstanding job of cleaning in my opinion. Some residue was left on my driveway and I contacted customer service and they were prompt in getting back to me and are going to take care of that in a couple of days. You live up to your advertisements.

TOOK TIME TO DO A VERY GOOD JOB. WAS GREAT AT GOING OVER SOME STUBBORN SPOTS AND I FELT HE TOOK THE TIME TO DO A GOOD JOB WITHOUT RUSHING TO GET TO THE NEXT JOB. WE FELT THAT WE MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE AND WILL CERTAINLY USE ZEROREZ AGAIN.
