Very friendly. However, there were a few 6 inch serface scratches on my dining room new hardwood floors where the hose was pulled around the corner.
Hardly noticeable. I would reccomend that the second person help position the hose by lifting rather than dragging and pulling.
Also I may need to get you to come back for a few light spots that are showing up. Maybe from the equipment dripping? I could clean myself but dont want to take off the protectant. I did not notice when the tech. had me inspect.

The doggie dinge was removed and even one spot that other carpet services said could not be removed is gone! Even using the enzyme pretreatment there was no odor left behind.

The product did not leave any residue. The stains were removed giving the appearance of new carpet. The customer service was awesome. I highly recommend you. I will be using you once a year for my carpet cleaning service.
