I liked that the carpet feels different from the last couple of times that I had it cleaned by someone else. the staff is incredibly professional.

But I did not like that when I called on the phone I did not understand that the pet treatment was per room. I thought it was a total fee.

It took three times as long for the carpet to dry as they told me it would.

The gentleman that came helped me move my two huge couches because I clearly could not by myself. Also he informed me about any more cost then I was quoted and the reasoning for this. He informed me before performing his work so that I clearly had the choice to say no and would result in the outcome of my carpets not as clean.
