Very courteous and professional. Pre-call about arrival time just as expected, and tech arrived right on time. Love the idea of no harsh chemicals since I do have small children. Carpets look wonderful. Light, fresh citrus smell after the cleaning. Had our furniture cleaned as well, and it looks brand new again! Our tech "Aubrey" was so professional and polite! He seemed sincerely happy to be doing his job! I would refer him personally to anyone looking for carpet/furniture cleaning. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give zerorez and Aubrey an 11!
