I can't say enough about the service rep. Professional, polite, and very hard working. He did an excellent job. The carpets look great. This is the first time I have used Zerorez so I will be interested in how the carpets look in 6 months to a year verses the long term results from a company that cleans carpets the conventional way, i.e. with chemicals. At this point though they look excellent.

The cleaning process (no strong chemicals) and that the room smelled and looked VERY clean.
Next time, we will use the after cleaning protective guard (can't remember the name) to see if there is a difference. The rep was very clean, mannerly and friendly and thorough in all. He was not "pushy".

I loved the way my carpets looked when he finished cleaning them all and the technician was friendly and very knowledgeable and he took that extra step in excellent customer service when he cleaned up the paint mess that spill all over our front porch when the can that was sitting out there accidentally got knocked over while he was here. He got every bit of it up for us and I was very impressed. Thank you!
