It really cleans
I will need to give the carpet a couple days before I will be able to tell if the dog urine oder is gone. I can say that the young man that came out was very nice and did a good job fast. I also liked the fact he gave me options that saved me money.

The customer service is outstanding and the method of cleaning carpets is the best, most effective I have ever used. My carpets look brand new every time I have them cleaned by Zerorez. We have 2 dogs and after Zerorex leaves there is no way to know that we have any dogs! By far the best carpet cleaning company.
