I hear the ads on the FISH radio and found the service to be as the ad says, safe and healthy process for cleaning and for living with the carpet afterwards.
I liked the idea of leaving no chemical residue behind and using the high-powered water to clean.

Technician arrived on time, proper uniform, did the job well, and the results were what I wanted. Happy not to have the detergent smell and carpet dried very fast. I have one question, though.....I was not told what the cost would be by estimate until the tech arrived and he told me it would be $214.00 That amount was a little higher than I expected for two rooms and a closet. I also did not receive a receipt for the work done, so please send a receipt for the cottage cleaning so that my accountant will not yell at me.

The technician was very efficient, and courteous. But what your company needs is plastic door filler with a small hole for the hoses,that would keep the cold out of the house in the winter and heat & humidity and bugs in the summer.
the technicians are always professional and i have never had carpets cleaned by any company that look so good. Zerorez literally got stains out that were old that other carpet cleaning companies could never get out.
