The first time I used your service I was extremely pleased with the way the carpets looked and they stayed clean for a long time. The second and most recent cleaning I was not as pleased. The technician only spent 15 minutes and tracked water and dirt onto my hardwood floors. The carpet did not look as good as it did the first time

no chemicals...no residue
I like that you don't use unhealthy chemicals. My husband was home when the carpets were cleaned and he said that the technician worked really hard. I was just a little disappointed that the pet urine stains on my carpets did not come up and that the smell was worse. Maybe that can't be helped.

The service was great and the gentleman that clean my carpet was very nice. He did a good job. He clean all the spots on my carpet and it didn't take along time for him to do it. I will definitely use zerorez the next time my carpet needs cleaning.

The Zeroez product used to sanitize and brighten our carpet is outstanding. Our carpet is the Builders standard and it is thirteen years old. Today (again) after the Zerorez application it looks just as good as new as when we first moved into our home. You can actually breathe in the freshness. The Zerorez service technician was courteous and his professionalism was exemplary. He rises the bar in representing Zerorez with product knowledge, process and company credibility.
