Outstanding results on a carpet that had lots of stains and had not been cleaned for a long time. No chemical smell!! Delightful, polite and efficient technician. I asked him how he liked working for zerorez (I am a former Human Resources person - can't help asking.) He said it was the best job he has ever had - that he is treated with respect and has received great training. I have rated you on yelp and will also rate on facebook. We will use you again.
