I like mostly the fact that there is indeed a place to go to have area rugs washed. I am disappointed with the high price for such a poor rug but I don't expect you to give discount for such a silly thing.

I like that the carpet is cleaned with a product that isn't harmful to our health. It does a wonderful job at making the carpet look new again. The customer service is great. They tell you what to expect so you don't have any surprises. They give you a call to let you know what time they arrive at your home. The technician is very respectful of your home, taking care not to harm the walls or furniture.

They were knowledgeable and efficient and took the time to understand what my expectations were and then worked to meet those expectations (in fact, the Sr. Technician went beyond my expectations). Definitely will refer others.
