About your products, they did the job. Two of the spots were the result of spilled coffee. The spots are no longer visible. I also like the fact that the rugs are free of any residue. They look very clean.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable rep. I like the pet enzyme product that was used before he cleaned it. Carpet looked great, although there was a large stain that he couldn't remove. All other old animal stains came up, so I don't know what this is. Would definitely have you back in the future and would recommend to a friend.

I will need to give the carpet a couple days before I will be able to tell if the dog urine oder is gone. I can say that the young man that came out was very nice and did a good job fast. I also liked the fact he gave me options that saved me money.
