The office really messed up on my appt...forgot to schedule it. But they did send someone as soon as possible that day. I am just glad that by 4:00 I thought to call. Other than that so far the service has been excellent.
I was able to make an appointment within a few day of my call. The day of the appointment, I received a call telling me that the service man was on his way. He was here withing the time span I was given. He was very polite and business like. He knew his job and did not waste time doing it. Our carpet is old and we were dreading having it replaced. Now that zerorez has cleaned it, we can put off that expense for a while. Our carpet looks great.
I do not like the bait & switch 15.00 fee!!! The work done was excellent.
