We had another carpet cleaning company clean our carpet last summer and the finish product was awful. When the carpet dried, it looked the same as it did before the cleaning, bummer. Needless to say, we did not call them back this year. My girl friend told us about Zerorez carpet cleaning, her carpet looked amazing. I'm so glad we tried it, we instantly saw a positive difference in our carpet. It looked so good after the cleaning, I had them add the stain guard. Also, the technician that came out was friendly and professional. I especially appreciated the fact that he wore shoe coverings before coming into our home. We really had a great experience with Zerorez and not only will I tell my friends of our experience, but I will definitely call on Zerorez for future cleanings.

The guy that came out was very informativ. It didn't take as long as I thought, however looks and smells great.
No chemicals. There was no strong chemical smell after the carpets were cleaned. The carpets were not soaked and dried within a reasonable amount of time. Service was great and our carpet technician did an awesome job!
