Even though one big traffic spot didn't come out completely, I watched him work on that spot for a very long time and I know it is because I have waited so many YEARS to have my carpet cleaned. He assured me that in the next couple of cleanings, it should come out. I will use Zerorez for my cleaning in the future.

Very friendly. However, there were a few 6 inch serface scratches on my dining room new hardwood floors where the hose was pulled around the corner.
Hardly noticeable. I would reccomend that the second person help position the hose by lifting rather than dragging and pulling.

Also I may need to get you to come back for a few light spots that are showing up. Maybe from the equipment dripping? I could clean myself but dont want to take off the protectant. I did not notice when the tech. had me inspect.

The service technician Aaron was very thorough.

The doggie dinge was removed and even one spot that other carpet services said could not be removed is gone! Even using the enzyme pretreatment there was no odor left behind.

Most impressed with the service of all. Richard, Aaron and Ashton were great! Very professional, thorough, polite and caring. I am very impressed! We liked them so much we scheduled duct cleaning for my daughter on Wed.!
