Great results and my service tech was amazing. He was courteous, professional, informative, and very tolerant of my 2 year old daughter following him around the house yelling "Boo!" at him the entire time.

The one thing I like the most about zerorez is that is does exactly what anyone wants when making an appointment to get their carpet cleaned. My goals and expectations are reached every time. My carpet looks new and without any chemical smell. The bonus is that the entire company has very helpful and professional people from the booking person to the carpet techs. Mike cleaned my carpet this time and as usual my expectations were meant and exceeded. He was so helpful and did an amazing job and now once again my bedroom carpet smells fresh and clean. I have older dogs and I call upon zerorez frequently to keep my carpet from smelling. I made an appointment for my mom to get her carpet cleaned by Mike so she can enjoy a clean smelling home!

James, the technician did an excellent job. He was very professional and courteous during the entire process. He explained all the basic steps before he began and also recommended other services that your company offers. After 11 years of walked on my carpet, it finally looks brand new again. I am asthmatic and have allergic reaction to many household and industrial cleaning products, but this was very mild-no harsh chemicals used.
