The technician arrived on time, was extremely professional and courteous; after he finished, there was no smell from the products used, and the carpet was damp, but not wet. my favorite part is that he didn't try to "upsell" me a bunch of products I didn't order. all in all, a very pleasant experience.

They are clean, fast, friendly. The spots they clean never come back and (the best part) the carpets dry in no time since they're not soaking your carpets.
