WHAT I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT THE SERVICE:Pet service could have been a more in-depth service and MUCH less expensive per room (still a trace of urine smell after carpet dried)

I have had my carpets cleaned by you many times. In two of the four rooms that were cleaned there are shadows and spots which remained present. I took a warm damp rag and these spots were removable. I feel they were just missed this time.

I continue to request him for service, he always goes thru what rooms am I interested in having cleaned, any areas of concern, inform me and confirms the special offers at the time of service, timely appointment, corner guards to prevent any potential damage from the hose.. and heavy traffic area to be treated with scotch guard protection.. Very professional, will continue to request and use your service..
