I loved how professional the technician was! He was very efficient and the carpets were done within 45 minutes! The pet enzyme had very little odor and my 1 year old son and I were able to stay in the house the entire time. There were no harsh chemicals or smells! I could instantly tell a difference in the house after the carpet was cleaned! I posted my wonderful experience on Facebook and shared with all my coworkers! Thank you!!

What I like most about the products is that there is no residue or chemical smell. The carpets dry in a few hours. There is no interruption to my daily routine due to wet carpets or heavy fumes from chemicals. My tech, James Amerson arrived as scheduled and was very professional and polite. He explained all stages of the process and also made recommendations for me to consider for future services. This is my second time using Zerorez and I am happy to say that I plan to continue with their services.

Your associate was very courteous, explained in detail about the service, charges, and any other questions i asked. All spots were removed. No detergent or chemical smells after the work. Used plastic corners at the door to protect from scratches. My carpet looks like new afterwords.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the carpet tech, Teon during our Zerorez cleaning, He was very knowledgeable and thorough as we walked about the areas I needed cleaned. I appreciated his attention to detail and his friendly attitude. His care that the

I like that it is natural and there is no residue. I also like that the technicians have the authority to change the order, I asked about adding something when they got here because I noticed a stain after I booked my appointment and it is nice that they are flexible to do that.

You are a Christ centered company, your products are environmentally safe, do an excellent job of cleaning, disinfecting, stain removal. I have used your services twice in the past 7 months and your staff in your call center and the technicians that come out to the home have always been very respectful, courteous, very knowledgable about the products and services offered by your company, as well as very professional in their appearance, language and mannerisms.

service was excellent..........during the initial walk through emanuelle was very professional and explained the whole process. Had some concerns about some stains and he was honest as far as some of the stains would probably not come out. Nice not having any chemical smells.

your office staff in taking appointments however almost made me stop using Zerorez. I had trouble understanding them, they didn't know anything, couldn't tell me about your product and if you dry cleaned furniture and had a "I really don't care" attitude. Almost called another company. Cameron and his assistant made up for that but I told him of my difficulty with the people answering the phone. They all need to be replaced or re-trained. Judi Mehl

Very prompt, professional and fast! My carpet is VERY old and the technician walked through with me before he began to discuss my expectations and clarify what was possible. He took pictures of the areas that he felt could not be corrected (rust mark, paint). The end result was better than I expected and I am very pleased. Also, knowing that there is no dirt-collecting-residue left behind is really nice!
