The actual product and process was good. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. Customer service with the scheduling was ok. I was originally promised an 11-2 appt. window. When I was called to confirm the appt., they said it would be a 2-5 appt. window. I was flexible and agreed to the 2-5 window, but it meant that I was drying the carpet later than expected.
They did what they were there to do, honored the pricing and didn't try to push for more, gave me great communication, and a fair price.
I like that no chemicals are used and safe for my young children.
