Carpet was very clean following the service. But more than that the customer service was excellent! The appointment scheduler worked hard to accomdate me, and the cleaner spent a lot of extra time on two high-residue areas to make sure it was completely clean, since I had expressed frustration over how bad they looked. They wee as clean as the rest of it when it was done! I recommended you to a friend, and told them to ask for the same agent.

We liked the idea of cleaning without chemicals. My daughter in law is pregnant and we didn't want to add anything harmful to the air/carpet that could harm her or the baby. Impressed with how clean the carpet came out! :)

Our filthy carpet actually looks clean! I didn't think that cleaning it would make a big difference but it did all things considered.

The pet treatment was not really effective but again all things considered, there is an overall improvement in the way my carpet looks.
