Ken was the name of our technician who was very careful with our walls and baseboards. The process did a very good job on the dirt in our carpet. We had thoroughly cleaned the baseboards and carpets edge, plus vacuumed the carpet in preparation of cleaning. Overall, it was a great experience and I would tell friends to request Ken if they are allowed to.

I had two services completed. One for duct cleaning, where Adam and the crew were highly professional, meticulous, on-time and I was very pleased with the overall service and results.
The other was carpet cleaning of several rooms and stairs, completed by Paul. Again, Paul was on-time, highly efficient and professional. I use zerorez one or two times per year to keep my +20 year old beige carpets looking new.
