Quality cleaning great price
Professional and prompt service with excellent results.
The fact zerorez only cleans with water, the carpets are the cleanest they have ever been. The technician (Lamont) was great. He explained everything in great detail and took his time ensuring we were satisfied with the final product. I would/have recommended him to others!
Our carpet looked like we were going to have to replace it shortly. The technician that you sent to our house was fabulous. He did an outstanding job on the carpets. We are very pleased. We are real estate agents and we always recommend your company. Please thank the technician for the wonderful job that he did! Thanks, Cookie and Name removed
I love the fact that you can walk on the carpet before it dries. I was very amazed at how many stains were removed after the cleaning. I have already recommended this company to other people. I especially love the affordable price since so many people are on such a limited budget. I have used another carpet cleaning company and feel like I wasted money that I did not have. I especially liked the technican that came out who was very informed about the product and did an excellent job! I will definately use your company again and will ask for the same excellent technican.
Service is always prompt and courteous

Your workers are efficient and respectful when they come into my home. They were kind and worked hard to insure that we were satisfied with the service. I would definitely use Zerorez again and I would highly recommend them to my friends. Thanks for a job well done!
customer agent was very nice and worked hard did a good job, and was on time and called to alert me when he would be at my house.
Friendly technician. Quick and easy process.
Paul Harrison did a great job. I will be requesting Mr Harrison in the near future to return and clean the rest of the carpet in my house. Thanks
The professionalism of our technician, Jeremiah. He was one of the best & most professional techs of any business we've had in our home. He was very interested in doing his job & making sure we were satisfied. I never thought my carpets could look this good again & be so clean. My hats are off to you (and Jeremiah) and I will definitely give your name to my friends & neighbors. Thank you so much! (You are the 3rd company I have used & none did the job like you did).
I had my carpet cleaned the conventional steam method about 3 years ago. At the time I thought the carpeting looked pretty good. On a neighbor's recommendation I tried Zerorez. The cleaned carpet looks fantastic. The service tech Emmanuel did a terrific job getting all the spots out. Seriously, the carpet looks new, doesn't have that wet carpet smell that is often left behind with steam cleaning.
They did a great, efficient job of cleaning my carpets. They explained everything before they began the process. They were professional in all ways.
VERY PROFESSIONAL COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. DID A GREAT JOB RENEWING AN OLDER CARPET.
No chemicals used. Serviceman seemed very knowledgeable about the treatment of pet stains and odors.
Timely great service.
That there is no chemical residue and tour staff is very professional
No detergents, no strong cleaning odors, carpets are really clean!
Everything was great. Tech was very nice, polite and did a great job!
Patrick was friendly and professional. The process was efficient. The carpet dried within the quoted time. I asked about leaving the AC on or opening the windows. I was told it is more efficient to let the warm air in...which it was. I also like the "no chemical" approach. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to others.
Clean carpets at affordable price
Fast, efficient and very professional
Safe. People are amazing to work with.
Professionalism, thoroughness and quality
This is our 3rd time having our carpets cleaned by Zerorez and we are always impressed with how CLEAN our carpets are afterwards! Most importantly, the cleaning method is safe for my young children.
Technician was excellent. Cleaned our carpet totally. Every aspect of the service was professional - from setting the appointment, notifying me when they would arrive and especially the cleaning process.
