The service technician was great! She explained the process and went over the end results and made recommendations and suggestions to keep my carpets cleaner longer. I have never had my carpets look so clean.
We like the no residue carpet cleaning. The carpets stay cleaner longer. We have used Zerorez 3 times and have been very pleased each time. The young men who have cleaned our carpets were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Eric cleaned our carpets this time and he was wonderful.

The technician, Logan, was professional in every way: well-prepared, courteous and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and the carpets he cleaned on-site look good. We sent three area rugs out to be cleaned.
My carpet was 8 years old and had never been cleaned. I didn't expect much but to my surprise my carpet looks brand new! The service man arrived on time.
