Everyone that I have dealt with so far has been very professional, courteous and friendly. The carpet cleaning went very well in my home and I was happy with the results. Unfortunately, the carpet stains began to return within a month of the originally cleaning so instead of having zerorez out again, I am saving to replace the carpet. Right now I have brought a wool area rug to you for cleaning and I am anxious to get it back inthenext 7-10 days.

The technicians were very knowledgable and explained what they were going to do. They were also very polite. The carpet is cleaner than I thought it would be since it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I thought the cost to clean area rugs was way too high.
