There was a spot in the area rug that did not come out without a CHEMICAL that we supplied. I think that only water will not always work to remove difficult spots. Zerorez needs to find a solution for those type situations.

Although only a few years old, our carpets felt clammy and matted from various cleaners and shampoos. ZeroRez removed the matted, clammy texture and now they look, smell, and feel clean when we walk on them.
