Our berber carpet is over 10 years old, we had always used Stanley Steemer to clean it, we were not satisfied with our carpet the last time Stanley cleaned it, they did not remove the detergent allowing the walk areas to become dirty very quickly. Your guys were very detailed and worked to clean the carpet with much better results than previous visits from Stanley Steemer. Our carpet looks great ! We will definitely use you folks again ! Everything went fine -- Chris was really good. If you could have a smaller nozzle to use in tight corners, that would be helpful. Otherwise our carpet looks way better than it did.
