On time, quick and helpful!

The Tech was very professional, and explained everything she was going to do. She also took the time when taking out some very hard stains.

The technician was very profession and prompt. The cleaning was well done and no odor.

professionalism of staff. cleanliness of no residue and quality of work and result.

I really loved the fact that no soap was used because my carpet is still clean. I also liked the fact that it dried real quick.

That you use all natural products

the way stains are removed and do not return in a month.

On time, no soap residue to attract dirt, fast drying, and most of all an excellent technician who really knew his stuff. He cleaned an upholstered chair, carpet and stairs and just did a great job. My second time using Zero Rez and it won't be my last!

Kelly was great! She really took the time to listen to my concerns and areas that needed special attention. I am realy impressed and have tried other services but none provided the value and customer service that you did in this visit. I will definitely use your company again and hope I get Kelly!
