Very prompt and courteous service. The serviceman was neat and clean. He was thorough and explained what he was going to do before beginning the cleaning process. He came back a few days later to retreat a small section at no charge; however, we decided the retreat was not necessary. The emphasis seemed to be customer satisfaction.

I have alergies and it was great that the product your company used does not have all the chemicals that is in the regular commercial products.
