How well it cleans

I've never met a carpet cleaner who wasn't kind and personable with your company. Other companies, not so much.

Everything was handled well. The only thing you were off on was when the area rug would be returned. I was told two weeks but it was slightly longer. This wasn't a big problem since I didn't need it before then. I would recommend your service to others.

I had a great experience with Zerorez. My technician, Chris Stewart, was professional and knowledgeable. My cost was exactly what was quoted, and there was no pressure to add on any services. We just moved into a new house, and I really like the fact that the carpets are now clean and sanitized as I have young children who like to roll around on the floor. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone. In fact, I am considering having Zerorez come back out and clean my air ducts.
