Fast Clean carpet that dries quickly- stays looking like new for long time. We recently bought this house and as part of the contract the old owner was to have the carpets cleaned- we requested Zerorez but for some reason due to scheduling around the close date they used Kiwi carpet cleaners instead. When we moved in, you could still see dirt and pet stains so I had Zerorez come in and do the job do the job correctly.

It was very easy to set up an appt., time frames were kept and carpet looked great.

Technician Nate Johnson, was very polite and did explained the cleaning process in a very detailed and thoroughly manner. He also explained the company policies and what the results I should expect. Our carpet was saturated with pet urine a dog feces, that we where thinking on doing a carpet replacement, but Nate Johnson, changed all that!! he exceeded our expectations! We are into the four day after cleaning and the carpet look like new, and best of all.....no smell! Good job, Nate.

Zerorez travelled all the way to Big Canoe, GA to fetch our dirty and tattered Persian carpets. The delivery men were polite and efficient. When the rugs were returned we could not believe our eyes. Cleaned and mended perfectly, the carpets’ colors are brilliant again; there was no shrinkage. And the unique cleaning method makes the carpets safe for us and for our pets. We are thrilled. We recommend this firm to those who own fine carpets in need of gentle but thorough care. As well, the price is extraordinarily reasonable. Hats off to a great company that provides a valuable service.

I like that you use very little chemicals. The young man that cleaned my carpet was very nice and polite. However, he was in and out in no time at all. I do have a condominian, he did 4 small rooms. Said nothing and had half his equipment out the door before I could inspect the carpet. He had to bring his equipment back in and take care of two areas.
