The cleaning representative,Mr. R. Avery, did a great job explaining what he was going to do to the carpet. He got out all the stains. The carpet had looked good. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and use the company to clean my own personal carpets.
The tech that came to house seemed to really know what he is doing & went out of his way to make sure my carpets were cleaned correctly. I mean cleaned to his standards. What a great company, I will use them again & tell my friends about Zerorez.

LOTS, the technician was on time and EXTREMELY polite and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and the carpet is staying clean. I was also charged the price quoted and this is great. I could have ordered more once he was here but was not pressured to do so. I will use the company again for other part of the house.
The service was very good. About the products I'm not so sure - it just might be my carpet but there doesn't look like much change you me. I would recommend you though because you're eco-friendly and Jay, who came out to my house, worked hard and cared about what he was doing.
