The technician was very friendly and eager to do a great job. He was able to get up some serious stains on my carpet. There were a couple of high traffic areas that are still a bit gray, but I wasn't expecting miracles! I have four boys and two dogs and almost white carpet so this was a challenge. Overall I am pleased with the results.
