Cleaner came in decent time, and he was friendly and professional. I HAD a pet odor in one of my bedrooms which no longer exists. The technician took great care to insure the carpet was clean. He didn't rush through the job. I also like the promise that there is no residue. With other carpet cleaners, there has been residue that made the carpet get dirty again when we walked on it within a few days.
i really like that all the technicians are employees of Zerorez and not contractors. This carpet is in my 90 year old Dad's house. Dad had tried to clean spots on the carpet with resolve and it was really a mess. The technician did a great job of undoing what Dad had done.
