Your service techs were very polite and very knowledgeable as they cleaned our air ducts. I asked a lot of questions while I watched them work. All my questions were answered & I learned a lot about the importance of keeping my air ducts clean. My home is 30+ years old. My husband & I have lived here for 13 years. To my knowledge, this was probably the first air duct cleaning for our home.I am sure that we will see a difference in our air filter, when we change it in 3 months. Deparr Mason was extremely conscientious and diligent. He walked around my house with me and gave me his best estimates as to what everything would cost. I think he gave us the best deal possible with specials. He also spent a couple of hours cleaning carpet and our couch. I will ask for him again.
