The technician was professional, personable and went the extra mile in addressing my questions. When he went back to double treat some of the areas I was concerned with, he did this as if he was happy to put in an extra half-hour double-treating those trouble-areas. I was thrilled that my online-estimate was exactly what I paid...no extra charges added on...no surprises! So we paid a little more than we would have with another company but we knew what we were going to pay upfront and our carpets look, feel and smell cleaner than they have in years. Also, I mentioned hearing their add on a local radio station and the technician cleaned an extra room, no charge! I'll call Zerorez again in the future!

Our carpets came out smelling awesome. Previous home owner had a dog and the whole house had the lingering smell of dog. Rather replace all or some of the carpet, we gave Zerorez a shot and our expectations were surpassed. I highly recommend. A big thanks to James who rescued our carpets.
