I like the fact that your associates are courteous, friendly and anxious to help and please their customers.
How clean and how great the smell is afterward.
The service technicians are always friendly and professionals. I've had over 5 cleaning over the years and my carpet and home is always refreshed after each one. My carper is beautiful and it dries incredibly fast!!
He was quick and the house smelled fresh during the cleaning. However, I felt misled when I scheduled my appt. about the cost of cleaning our Family Room rug. I was told it will cost about $30 not around $400. I was shocked at the total and almost didn't have it cleaned but the rug needed to be cleaned desperately. I am hoping I will get a phone call soon to pick up my clean rug since it had to be cleaned at the warehouse.
The treatment doesn't saturate the carpet, only left them damp so quicker to dry.
Chemicals used are safer for my pets.
quick,efficient, professional.
Communication and commitment

Open Doors Realty.
The professionalism of the representatives that came to my home and office staff that I spoke with on the phone
I like that you do not use any chemicals, and your employees are very professional and know their job very well.
On time and worked quickly
Zerorez has cleaned the carpet and oriental rugs in my home for over two years now and I can not say enough good comments about your company. Every time my carpets have been cleaned they look and smell like new and we are a horse farm with indoor animals also so this is quite a "feat" to accomplish. Your technicians are all very efficient and mannerly and seem to be committed to making the customer happy and completely satisfied. I have recommended Zerorez to my family and friends who have also been very happy with the work done for them.
GOOD TECHS AND NICE CARPET CLEANING . VERY IMPRESSED !
Aubrey wirks so hard to make my carpet look as good as it could!
