Service was spectacular and my rugs look amazing. You are definitely better than the other company "SS". Zerorez got out the most toughest stains and in very little time. Arrived in the window promised I will definitely be using Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning needs.

I love the fact that it is not only environmentally friendly but is safe for me and for my dog. I would LOVE to see a way to run the system so that you aren't running your van the entire time because that is NOT environmentally friendly! Appreciate the booties and the corner protectors. Loved how polite Reginald was and that he was not only not scared of my dog but was friendly to him as well.
