They made my carpets look sooo much better and got rid of all pet stains..They came to my house on time, earlier actually, and called before coming. Person taking care of my carpet was very efficient and wasn't here for a prolonged period of time. He was very friendly and even liked my dogs.He answered any questions I ask concerning cleaning of sofas and oriental rugs.
