$300 is a little steep for cleaning a rug (approx 11' x 8'), but stains new and old were all removed. Given the cost, it's only really worth it on more expensive rugs, but the cleaning was excellent.
Technician was very professional, friendly, and trustworthy. Carpets seem very clean except for one or two older more stubborn stains.
