Very professional & did a great job cleaning my air ducts

Since Zerorez does not use detergents when cleaning my carpet, it feels much cleaner and dries much faster than other companies I used in the past. Now I only use Zerorez when I need to get my carpet cleaned, and have recommended them to my friends. The service technician, Jared, who was out to clean my carpet on April 18th was very friendly, polite and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and did an exceptional job! They arrived on time, advised me on what type of service I needed, extremely careful setting up and removing equipment that they used for cleaning the carpet and did the complete job in a timely fashion. Lack of chemicals.

1. The young lady was knowledgeable of the products and shared information with me.
2. I was pleased to know that the product contained no chemical.
3. The young lady placed corner guards in needed places to protect the walls and wore shoe covers while cleaning the carpet.
4. A fan was used to speed up the drying process on areas where extra cleaning was necessary.
5. The young lady did a walk-through with me to rooms that were cleaned to see if there were
any area/s that I was not satisfy with and if so she would clean those area/a
again.
6. I was totally pleased.

All natural cleaning products! Jared was the guy that came and cleaned our carpets and he was awesome! I would do everything in my power to keep him around because he has a rare personality that draws people to him. Very educated and well spoken young man. Our carpets looked excellent when he was finished and our puppy smells were gone as well.

I was very happy with the outcome of my rug cleaning I had some significant stains that came out with an exception to one nasty stain that the tecqnician explained to me would not.I have alreadt recommended Zerorez.
