Your technician, James Vo, was splendid!

We had pet odors after babysitting our friend's dog for the week. Thank goodness for Zerorez as they removed the stains and left my house smelling fresh/clean. I asked for the Pet treatment and it was definitely work it!

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service...zeroed did a beautiful job on my carpets ....they were extremely polite

I had my carpeting cleaned in October 2014 by another well-known carpet cleaning company, one I had used for 35+ years. I was so disappointed in the results, as well as the technician who rendered the service (quite unprofessional).

I could no javet asked for better service from my Zerorez technician. He was very professional and took such pride in his work. He was, also, very outgoing and friendly. I was very pleased with the end results and will definitely use Zerorez again and again!

The carpet was clean, which I expected but it was the fresh smell that made me happy. The house smelt clean!

Cody was our carpet cleaning tech! He thoroughly answered all our questions and totally eased our anxiety about having the carpets cleaned. We had extremly bad service in years previous from another carpet service that left major damage to our wood trim.

Our technician was wonderful and the cleaning process leaves the carpet pretty dry already. The carpets dry fully very quickly.

They young man was very courteous, knowledgeable about the products used and services and did a great job!

Very quick and happy with the results. William very professional happy with service

There was no odor or residue and the service was fast.

Fast, professional, friendly

Excellent customer service. Competent and friendly staff.

very thorough professional service - everything from scheduling service to paying was easy

I would definitely recommend your carpet cleaning services; however, we had some area rugs cleaned and it took almost 14 days to have them returned, so I would not recommend your area rug cleaning services.

Very nice young man who did the job. The quality of the cleaning is superior to others I have used. The " pet enzyme" helped with the stain that was from our dog or cat. However, the charge for one small spot of enzyme was $90. That is outrageous!! believe I was told $45. For the pet enzyme when I was choosing your service by phone.
On the negative side, you are expensive. You advertise "three rooms and a hall for $130". Then my house should have cost around $260.-300. But it was much more than that- $425. I did not receive an adequate explanation for those charges. Once again, I thought the Enzyme charge was excessive. If It had been more reasonable I would have used it in several other places, where I needed it.

The service person was on time, courteous, very professional, and did an excellent job. I commended her on the job she did.
