The person who came to clean her name if I remember right was Natasha. She was amazing! very kind, respectful, sweet to my children and she even moved the furniture, went above and beyond to clean some extra space free of charge. She left our carpet sparkling clean! We are pleased with Zerorez, but we are way more pleased with Natasha. She made us fall in love with your company all the more. I recommended Zerorez as soon as she was done to friends. Unfortunately we did not have extra cash for the tip, (we thought we had) we felt so sad that we did not tip her.

The people you send out, both carpet cleaners and the people who picked up my area rugs yesterday are, hands down, the best representatives of any service company I have ever dealt with. This is my third experience now and I couldn't have been more impressed each time, all so personable.

The service tech was very professional,clean and curious.He explained what he needed to do,before he started.He put up plastic guards so that the walls and furniture was protected from the hose and equipment. I liked that the product removed a dark soda drink stain that a grandchild had spilled behind the sofa in an upstairs bonus room. I found it when I moved the sofa to vacuum. The stain had been there a long time. Happy the stain is gone. All the carpets are so cleaned! My spring cleaning is complete. Thanks Zerorez! Name removed.

Quality of work is good - rugs look great. Delivery coordination is a little off.

Easy to deal with and clean. The only suggestions I had are to make the process a little more clear when booking online (explain that the pricing is an estimate, payment will be onsite, there's not a way to request a time period for scheduling, how long will it take once they are there, etc)
