Your prices are reasonable on the carpet cleaning and your associate James was very knowledgable and helpful. I also had rugs sent away to be cleaned by you guys. I see you offer rug cleaning but I don't think you really want anyone to use the service. The prices on the rug cleaning is outrageous.. So in the future I won't be using zerorez for that particular service.

I had heard ads on The Phish several times & heard Taylor talk about satisfaction & my husband asks me several times to consider calling & I did & decided to have the carpets cleaned.I was impressed overall with the overall experience. The 2 reps were kind & went over things in a way that was self explanatory. The citrus smell used in the process made the house smell good but it really didn't last long. The steps looked so much cleaner that lead to the upstairs! Overall the whole area looked better but I must say I wondered why my white socks looked so soiled after walking on the damp carpet. I think that I might need to have a particular area cleaned once again since I was given a 30 day warranty which I thought was unique. I did call after they left & spoke to someone about it. The high traffic area seems to be soiled still in the master bedroom. It took a long time to dry though. It was done last but was pretreated first. Jessica & Michael were a good team. Michael said he was new but I think Jessica can teach him a thing or two.

Eric was our cleaner and he worked really hard trying to get two heavily soiled areas clean. They didn't come completely clean,but better. We will use you again and I've ready sent a friend info on your company.

Patrick did a wonderful job of my carpets. Good to know that there are no soaps or chemicals on my carpet now; plan to use Zerorez about every 6 months, as my cats throw up hairballs quite often. All came up beautifully!
