I had submitted my response once before. The individuals, Tim and Bill, who came here, did work hard to solve our problem. It appeared that the problem was gone, but I am not that sure. Without a doubt, it is much better, but not completely gone. I called and left a message for Tim to call back. So far I have not received a call from him. As I said, they did a great job, but I am not 100% sure that it is gone completely. We will keep watching for a few days before we contact you again, occurs if necessary. In the mean time, please ask Tim to call us back whenever convenient, so that I can explain to him what I mean by "not completely gone".

I have used some of your competitors and stains they could not remove, your company did. Our carpet always looks great, smells great and improved the overall air quality of our home. Your staff has always been very professional and attentive to detail.
