It turned out he was able to get every spot out, so I was thrilled, and he moved on to clean the other rooms. The results were amazing--we have 24 year old carpet that we don't want to replace at this time--the stairs and furniture also though old look and feel clean -- amazing results. The techs were very professional and efficient.
