My carpets were very dirty with dog stains and even now 3 weeks later they still look great. Some companies dont get the stains out and after a couple of weeks they come back. Teh tech was great too.!!!

The young man that came out to clean our carpets was very polite...But, the Tech needs to share or show the homeowner what is coming up out of the carpet at some point so that they can see how the process works...

The service guy inspected our carpet, advised us honestly of what to expect when the service was done. He also advised us on the most cost effective means to get the entire house done. And to our surprise, he was able to remove stains that he told us that may not come out. Our carpet is 15 year old and now can be preserved for at least another 1-2 years.

He was excellent, and we have recommended your company to our neighbors and have shown them the work that was done. We are very pleased.

My Carpet looked like new and did not have a sticky feel or felt like something on the carpet. My hole house smelled great after the cleaning.
