Good service, very accommodating, at least for onsite services. Delivery schedule needs improvement for those area rugs that have to be taken back to the shop and delivered after they are cleaned.

We had an excellent experience with Zerorez this past weekend as they cleaned our carpets.
Jeremy, explained everything he planned on doing in advance and followed through in every aspect. The carpets are now clean and dry and the house looks great. Just in time before all our guests arrived today.
