My initial contact was awful. The customer service rep schedule the incorrect time and the service technician that arrived had very little customer service skills. He was asked to live. I called back spoke with Hassin who was very professional and rescheduled me with Doug. Much better! He had great customer service skills and was very informative.
I am pleased with the results of the carpet.
