Jonathan showed up when scheduled, was VERY professional in discussing my concerns and extremely thorough in cleaning and sterilizing our carpets. Upon his return for spot care, again he was very thorough and cordial. He has done a super job both times, told me how to keep my carpets cleaner and took great care of my wood floors. So damage was done! I look forward to having Zerorez come each year to care for our carpets!

This is the only carpet cleaning that I like so far. My husband used to clean carpets and I didn't like their's, even before I heard of Zerorez. I don't know how exactly you all do this, but I love it!!

The technician was on time and very courteous. Because of the fabric of our sofa, the stained area didn't look good for long (they're back).
We also had area rugs taken to your cleaning facility - I picked them up on Monday - nicely done and I was able to buy new pads while picking them (didn't know that was offered!).
I read on the review site that Zerorez also cleans tile floors - I did not know that or would have requested pricing and the particulars.
I think when customers call in, it would be good to review other services offered - just a thought.
