My Carpet looks great, thanks to Aubrey the technician who cleaned the carpets. A very nice and careful young man. He looked over the house and I told him the areas of concern. He also put corner protectors on all the woodwork. He treated the areas of concern first,and I also agreed to have the protective spray put on. I think this is about the third time I used Zerozez and this was the best results.
Your products are very effective, and your service Technicians are very timely, professional, and thorough. We had our home serviced on 10/24/15 and Jarvis our technician was amazing. Very knowledgeble , and did an excellent job. We would definetly request for him to come and do our home again in Buford, Ga.

The young man who came to clean my carpet was outstanding. He explained what he was going to do in advance and warned me that certain stains he may not be able to remove. What I was most impressed about was the technician's demeanor, politeness and effort to clean the agreed upon areas. Though the enpowered water didn't necessarily removed discoloration from heavily soiled areas, the technician made every effort to do his best.
Technician was friendly and professional. He put out an extra effort to remove traffic area stains.

The solution that is used for pet odor really worked for our hall way. Plus, for the first time,I tried the grout remover and Mike did an excellent job of explaining the product to clean tile. I asked Mike for a quote, the price was reasonable. I could not believe what a difference the solution with the power tool did for the grout/tile in the bathroom. After he was done, we could tell the previous owners had used 2 different tiles. The tile is old but you can tell that it is clean! Mike was on time and very professional. Now. we are ready for the hard wood floors.

Like the fact that there is no perfume left, very little water.
However, spots were left behind that should have been removed. Have been working on them with spot remover, and they are all coming out. Employees should be given something a little more powerful to handle spots.
