I like that I don't have to spend the entire day waiting for my carpet to dry. I also like the smell after my carpets are cleaned.

This is the first time I have used a carpet-cleaner so I have no basis of comparison to measure you by. However each person I dealt with was very professional. Although we ran into some problems and had to reschedule the visit, the technician was willing to come at a time most convenient to me at 7:00 am

It started with your tech. Clean, neat, knowledgable and very pleasant. He walked me through the process and was very candid about the possible outcome given the age and condition of my carpet. The product worked miraculously. I've heard your ads on the radio but they don't come close to describing how well this process works. Needless to say we are ecstatic with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to anyone!

On time, good explanations on service and after care.

In addition to cleaning all the spots completely and thoroughly, the whole house has been completely removed of the offensive that we've been experiencing. The technician kept me very informed and demenstrated an honest concern to make sure I was totally satisfied. After all the cleaning was done, stains did not come back as I have experienced with other cleaning. The technician explained details about why that happened in the past, but unlikely this time.

Good for the environment, people, and pets. No residue, pleasant fragrance, and dries quickly. Friendly and knowledgable technicians. Great results. Have use Zerorez 3-4 times now on this old carpeting that had previous pet damage, wine and furniture stains...the wine and furniture stains have been treated each time and are nearly gone. The pet damage smell is no longer noticeable, but know the padding and carpet will need to be replaced soon. Zerorez has extended the life and improved the carpet's appearance just a little longer. Love this product!

Very businesslike. I like scheduling on the phone with an e-mail confirmation and a 30-minute notice that your rep is enroute. I also like the receipt via e-mail after the job is complete.

Jesse Bishop did a GREAT JOB! and pacified us after a previous zerorez tech chose NOT to do our floor the same day we had scheduled (Invoice - 660466). (This was a 4-7 pm appointment) Jesse was called in after he had completed his shift because the previous tech said he could not do our floors this day and we would have to reschedule our appointment. We already had furniture cleared from the room and we were really upset. He offered to do the pet odor spray (we declined) and to waive the $15 trip fee. If it was not for Mr. Bishop, you would have a rating of 0 because we were ready to call in another company. Randall Last name removed
