Service technician Ammon is amazing! So professional, so kind and efficient.
I did have some problems with customer service phone rep Maria. I had a conflict at my house on the service day and I needed to just find out the drivers route to see if I would have to cancel for that day or not. Maria just kept repeating the rules from the rule book and not really listening to me or understanding what I was trying to find out. She kept repeating her pat answer over and over again several times. I told her that she didn't need to have that kind of attitude with me that I was just trying to get some more info about the timing of the day. I finally had to kindly hang up-in my opinion she was very rude and very unhelpful. So, because of that difficulty I may not use Zerorez again😟

Scheduling was a snap! The tech was on time and did an amazing job with no muss or fuss. He really went the extra mile to remove old spills from the carpet. The serviceman, Jeremy, was very friendly and considerate. He did a great job cleaning my carpets. I loved that they were dry in a couple of hours and smelled so nice! :) Also like the fact that Zerorez doesn't use toxic chemicals and can still get the carpets clean.
