The tech Jack was very informative about what he was doing. He took his time to make sure we were pleased with Zerorez. He has a great attitude, and still very professional. My niece is going to have her carpet cleaned and will request Jack. Plus my sister is wanting her car cleaned. So give Jack a slap on the back for me. Job well done!

Michael was awesome. It took him no time at all to do my living room, hallway and bedroom. My carpet looks SO much better!!! It only took 5 hours to dry and there was no horrible odors.
