I like that they are very professional. Explain step by step in what they are going to do and even have you to check their work after the first room of being clean and ask if you have any questions or concern about anything.

Great Job

Avery arrived promptly and immediately set to work setting up his equipment. He thoroughly explained the services and treatments that were going to be completed that day. The house looks and smells great.

They get the carpet clean without chemicals.

How well they clean and sanitize the carpet?

Construction stains and my aging dog's incontinence turned a basically unused carpet into a NASTY disgusting piece of ....eeew. I didn't want to WALK on it, much less serve my in-laws Thanksgiving dinner. Zerorez must've ripped it all out and installed new floor covering, because it looks fantastic now. It did take a night of airing out the house before my lungs could handle the fumes. (Not unpleasant, but strong. ...I have asthma.) Polite, experienced technician. (Fast, considering what he was up against.) Beautiful result.
