1. Technicians are ALWAYS professional and courteous.
2. I appreciate the courtesy call before the technician arrives.
3. Usually the technician arrives at the earlier part of the service window.
4. It doesn't take very long to complete the work.
5. Carpets always look/smell great afterwards, and the dry time for the carpets is minimal.
6. I can book appointments online and select specials online.
It could not be easier to use and love Zerorez.
